Does MedVoyage book my travel?: No. MedVoyage does not book flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, or any other travel. You arrange all travel independently.
Can I choose any destination?: Yes. You may select any destination anywhere in the world. Billing is US-based and the product is designed around US physician CME.
Can I choose any date range?: Yes. Choose the study period that fits your schedule. Your destination and dates appear on your MedVoyage completion confirmation.
Can my start date be today?: Yes. You can begin study as soon as access is issued after purchase.
Can I change my dates after purchase?: Destination and dates can be edited from your account until your completion documents are released. Every change is logged.
How do I receive course access?: After successful payment, your enrollment is processed and your course access details appear on your order page. Follow the access instructions provided with your enrollment.
What documentation do I receive?: Two documents: the official CME certificate from the accredited provider, and your MedVoyage completion confirmation showing your program, destination, and study dates.
Will my employer reimburse this?: Employer CME allowance policies vary. MedVoyage does not guarantee reimbursement and does not provide tax advice.
